WP install in 5 (yes, that's right) minutes and probably even faster if you use Fantasico in your Web Hosts Cpanel or alternatively Simple Scripts. Naturally prior to this you would have told your Web Host what name servers you had been given by the Domain Name Supplier. Ca vet Do not Host with your Domain Name provider..
